The dress is done in navy blue velvet, scoop neck, long sleeves that are accented with navy blue and metallic silver thread mixed in with the feathers. The dress has a raised waistline that is embellished wish navy trim, an A-line skirt, and string ties in the back. I have enhanced the second picture so you could get a better look. The first picture tends to make it look more black than navy blue, but it is truly navy blue. With all these feathers, she's going to feel very grown up and special in this dress!
