Lipstik Shabby Roses Ruffle jean set 4 4T

You are looking at a really cute outfit from Lipstik's Shabby Rose line. My daughter only got to wear it a few times. It is in excellent condition. no holes or stains.
It's a size 4T but in my opinion run small. please see measurements for fit.
Top- length-13.5"
width-9"
jeans- length-22"
waist-9.5"
