Please don't sell this to anyone else. There is something wrong with it. I would like to send this back to you and get a refund. I will gladly pay shipping costs, because otherwise I will just have to throw out the almost $30 I spent on these two items. Please when you say you combine shipping.....do it. You have to do what you say you will do, or you'll lose customers like you did me. |

I have spent quite a few days trying to figure out how to honestly give this feedback. When my package arrived I couldn't wait to open it up. Right away I noticed a there was barely any smell to the spray and the lotion, but what I could smell...smelt odd. I thought maybe if I just put the S&S lotion and spray on after my bath it would smell better when I was wearing it. I sneezed and sneezed I had to reshower to get this stinky smell off of me!....it was awful. I don't know how long you've had this Victoria's Secret S&S lotion and spray, but I can tell you this....something is definitely wrong with it. This not the right smell for the Sugar and Spice line of Victoria's Secret.
Also, I would like to add, you state you combine shipping...then sent me two separate invoices for the full shipping price. I emailed you and asked about combining shipping, but you never emailed me back. Then you shipped them together.
I will gladly send these items back to you because after spending almost $30 I have to throw this Victoria's Secret away. Please don't sell this stuff to anyone else! |
