Custom made invitations are a great way to get people excited for your event. Your friends and family will love these beautiful keepsakes!

Details

First, you will pick out a design or style invitation that you would like. You do not have to pick one from the examples, they are there to give you an idea of what you can get. If you do see one that you like, any detail can be changed to fit your need. Or maybe you see a birth announcement design you would like to use for your invitation - that is fine as well, just let me know! I am here to design your invtiation perfectly to your liking.

After the auction has ended, I will then email you with instructions of what I need to get started on your invitations.

Once I recieve all the details, pictures ( although they are not required ) and other specifics (such as your name,date, time, location, r.s.v.p date and number, etc) I will get to work on your cards. You will recieve a proof within 24 hours of reciept of your details. These proofs can be altered and changed as many times we need to get it perfect. As soon as we confirm a final proof, your prints will be sent out to be printed at a professional printing facility. Each card is an actually photo printed on high quality photopaper. All prints will be printed on gloss paper, unless notified matte is specified.

If you are in a hurry and need you prints right away, I also have up for auction digital files, where I send you the file of your invitation, and you get it printed at your local photolab. Then you would be able to have your invitations within hours!

Your Order will be procesed, printed, and shipped typically within 2-3 days from receiving your photos. I work very fast to ensure a very timely turn around. Although it depends on how often you check your email and how many revisions we make.

Photo tips

It is not necessary for you to go to a professional photographer to get pictures for the invitation. Just make sure the picture is clear, has nice contrast and features the person of interest. Make sure there is no clutter in the backround and subject is the center of attention. If the picture is taken too far away or the lighting is to dark, the invitations will not look their best. Be sure to take several pictures (atleast a dozen so you have many to choose from) with different positions. Outdoor pictures make for great lighting and good quality. Choose your favorite outfit to take the pictures in, don't worry about the color of the outfit, your invitation can be color coordinated with the colors in the outfit. Another fun idea for a personalized, unique photo invitation is to use props that are unique to the family or person. For people who are into racing, take a picture on a checkered flag material, or if your family plays or is into football, take a picture with your favorite teams apparal or memorabilia. Maybe you are an Army, Military, or Navy family, take pictures with our American flag or other patriotic props. Your options are endless and we can match the design and color scheme of your invitation itself to further add to the customization.

Payment is to be made within 48 hours of auctions end, and necessary to send proof. Payment must be cleared before cards will be mailed out. I do accept check and money orders, but the turn around will be extended depending on how long the check takes to clear.
