Congratulations on making the best possible start for your little one, breastfeeding!

It is recommended that you nurse from both breasts to prevent clogged ducts and discomfort and maximize your milk production. These little treasures will help remind you which breast you nursed from last and which side to begin feeding from for the next feeding. They are a great help espically durning times of fatigue.

To use simply place your reminder charm on the bra strap of the breast you finished feeding from during that session. Then when it is time to feed next simply start nursing from the breast where the charm is located. You can also place them on a belt loop.
