Many of us tend to forget that stars are paid to obtain and maintain the highest standard in beauty and body type, and celebrities don’t tackle any beauty or body related problems on their own. They enlist a personal trainer, nutritionist, and sometimes even a personal chef to help them reach any fitness goals. After all it is the job of a star to be fit and pretty; most spend many hours a day and a lot of money to maintain the perfect image.

It talks about taking walks with your baby as a way to burn those unwanted calories after you have your baby. There are so many ways to make this a fun and bonding experience with your little one. Beyond the bonding time and excercise, this is also a fabulous way to get your little one to take a nap. The constant calm motion feels like the womb and if you keep them close, the warmth, smell, and sounds of mom can be an instant sleep time switch.
