I laughed outloud at your question because the first word that popped in my mind was...SWIMMING!
I swam nearly every day either at the local high school pool or the lake that entire last 6 wks. before delivery of our dear son, in August (of 1997)!
Not only did it support my growing midsection in a "weightless" way,  but I was able to get fit and toned for the job of laboring, if you know what I mean.
Besides, for those of you who have lymph pooling around your ankles in that last trimester, swimming in deep water pulls that up and distributes it appropriately.  In about 10-15 minutes you have your skinny ankles back!

Anyhow, that's my long answer to your short question....lol!
